9xbet VIP — Weekly Cashback and Special Benefits for Regular Players
Play regularly at 9xbet and earn cashback every week. From Bronze to Gold — each tier offers growing benefits that make your play more rewarding.
Three VIP Tiers — A Clear Rewards Structure
The 9xbet VIP program has three separate tiers. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate, and the benefits increase as you move up. A brief overview of each tier is given in the cards below.
Bronze
- Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net loss
- Access to every game category
- 24/7 support in Bengali and English
Silver
- Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net loss
- Cashback credited directly to account
- Priority support response
Gold
- Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net loss
- Cashback at the highest available rate
- Exclusive Gold member benefits
How Weekly Cashback Works
Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total betting results for the entire week — that is, your total losses minus your total wins for that week gives your net loss. Cashback is paid on that net loss at the rate set for your tier.
If you have no net loss in a given week — meaning you are in profit — cashback does not apply for that week. Cashback is a benefit, not a guarantee of loss recovery.

How to Move Up a Tier
Tier changes in 9xbet VIP are based on activity and consistency. There are no specific turnover or deposit requirements — your tier is evaluated automatically as long as you remain active and play regularly on the site.
Bronze — Where It Begins
All new members start at the Bronze tier after opening an account. This tier offers up to 0.3% cashback per week. Casino, slots or cricket betting — play in any category starts from this tier.
Silver — A Reward for Consistency
Playing consistently and staying active on the site can get you promoted to the Silver tier. The cashback rate goes up to 0.5% at this tier. Regular slots players can reach this tier fairly quickly — 9xbet's slots section has a wide range of popular games.
Gold — The Top Benefits Tier
The Gold tier is for members who are regular and active on the site over the long term. Weekly cashback at this tier goes up to 0.8% — the highest rate in the program. Gold members also get a premium experience on the live table games at 9xbet Casino.
VIP Members' Special Benefits
The 9xbet VIP program is not limited to cashback alone. Higher-tier members get added benefits across various features on the site. As your tier increases, the range of those benefits expands.
Deposits and withdrawals start from just ৳500 via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. VIP members enjoy these benefits in the same way.
Weekly Cashback
At each tier, weekly cashback is calculated at the set rate on net losses and credited directly to your account.
Fast Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed quickly — usually within 10–45 minutes.
Priority Support
Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in Bengali and English; higher-tier members receive priority.
Special Offers
There are opportunities to receive special promotional offers based on VIP tier. Gold members enjoy the highest level of benefits.
Welcome Bonus Alongside VIP
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳40,000 in wagers.
VIP program participation begins after receiving this welcome bonus. You can gradually move up from the Bronze tier by playing regularly from the start. To learn the full terms for the bonus and VIP benefits, read the Terms and Conditions page.
VIP Experience: Extra Value in Every Game
At 9xbet, the VIP program is active across casino, slots, live games and sports betting. This means whatever game you play, that activity is reflected in your VIP tier.
For those who prefer playing on mobile, Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. To learn more about the app, visit the 9xbet App page. VIP benefits work fully on the mobile app as well.

Cashback Is Not a Reason to Play More
VIP cashback is a reward benefit — it should never be used as a reason to play more. Betting beyond your budget in the hope of earning cashback is not a sound decision.
Set your own budget and play within that limit. Gaming is entertainment — playing in a way that creates financial pressure is not responsible behaviour. To learn more about responsible gaming, read our Responsible Gaming page.
9xbet always encourages its players to develop healthy gaming habits. Setting limits, taking breaks and contacting support when needed are all part of responsible gaming.
