A bonus is never "free money" — it is a conditional offer. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus must be met.

4.2 VIP Cashback

9xbet's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week; Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. For example: a Silver tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

4.3 Preventing Abuse

Misuse of bonus benefits — that is, attempting to artificially meet wagering requirements or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts — is a direct violation of the Terms. If such activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not placed before the event starts or within the designated time, it may be voided. In live betting, odds change continuously and the last accepted odds will be considered final.

5.2 Determining Results

Match or event results are determined by verification from internationally recognised sources. If a match is incomplete or the relevant authority has not officially announced a result, 9xbet reserves the right to suspend settlement of the related bet.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a transaction is left incomplete due to software or network issues, 9xbet may void that bet. If clearly incorrect odds or payouts are displayed, winnings from that bet may not be honoured.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Placing bets by artificial or automated means (using bots, scripts or third-party software)
Participating in match fixing or fraudulent activities
Accessing another user's account without permission
Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds
Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities
Operating an account with a false identity or forged documents

If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Privacy and Data Protection
